Hey! I'm Anya. I've packed on MAJOR weight since graduating high school, slowly and steadily, and I'm tired of being unhealthy. I'm already a sexy Mami, but I need my outside to match my inside. :) Plus, I want to be around when my son gets married and has babies.. I don't want to be a statistic any longer. I'm tired of being fat and this is my time to prove to myself that I can do it and beat the odds stacked against me. Plus, my mother was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I really want to try and avoid that!

I'm going to try and cut out bread, sugar, salt, dairy, and added fat.
