So, first day drinking Almased. I'm super hungry but not precisely starving. I'm super anxious and need to chew something... I'm doing 2 Almased shakes (breakfast and lunch) and then having a proper meal in the evening, watching the calories and especially making sure I am not too high in carbs. Almased is not precisely tasty I should say, but well it also hasn't been as bad.
I'm trying to stay in 1000 calories per day, in preparation of my diet starting next week. Yesterday I was in around 830 and felt super tired and this morning my head hurts; it was not intentional, just didn't know how to make 1000 exactly. Today I'll try to get closer.

I'm pretty sure I show more weight because I was weighed in the evening and with clothes... but anyway, I'm starting this week with a personal trainer (i.e. getting serious with exercise and diet!) still, good to record the measures my trainer took:
Wt: 74.2
Fat: 34.8%
Fat mass: 25.8 kg
Water: 46.4%
Muscle mas: 45.9 kg
BMI: 29.4
Visceral fat rating: 5
Metabolic age: 44
Ideal body weight: 55.6 Kg
