Hello My FS friends

Well I guess I will wait until next Monday to weigh-in, that's what happens when you are not home and gallivanting off into the deep blue sea. We were on our sailboat visiting the San Juan Islands.. I think I was eating very close to my plan although sometimes it is hard especially around friends (partying)....
I have now added some weights to my daily exercise every other day, I hope that is not not too much, I have a universal gym and I am pumping at 20 lb weights to start. 4 sets of 20 to arms and legs. I have noticed since I have been losing that the arms especially get soft so I am hoping this does the trick.. There are several ways I can work this Universal Gym. I am going to do some research on how I can use it for Max benefit..
So till next Monday I will be very careful and true to my plan and hope I reach my 160's .... THAT WOULD BE SO WONDERFUL!
