I cannot complain about my weigh-in today, Have been on the Sailboat and it is so hard to stay on track, friends and friends and more friends...hahahah
Somehow I just can't get focused. I need to get a handle on this but I doubt it will happen until the fall/winter in cooler weather when we stop boating.
Our Son is getting married on August 17th and that's a week we will be away from home clear across the country so not going to be much focus that week for sure... to much celebrating lol
So that's what I am up against till it's all over and done with..I will try to keep as close as I can to my eating plan and hope the scale will be easy on me....I guess 1.2 lbs is at least a loss not a gain, I should be thankful for that..I AM!

Oh my goodness the weigh scale is sure giving me a run in the weight loss department...not even an ounce... I walk just about every day no less than 4 mile and this is my third week for the regime I have to work with my weights, so can't figure it out, it is so frustrating, I will cut my portions and foods way back this week and try to give myself a jump start again to drop next week, I did add fruit other than berries and maybe that's the culprit so I will keep plugging away and see what happens next week weigh-in.
I know I have a stubborn body when it comes to loosing but last time I lost my 44 lbs. it came off much faster as I remember.... maybe this is the punishment I am getting for putting it back on... I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN, a promise to myself...my rant for today!....

Hello my Friendly FS supporters
Well I broke through my 170's to the 160's but it took some time, what do some of you do if you stall on your weight loss to jump start yourself...
Last time I was losing before I gained a considerable amount back 3 years ago I could lose like 2 to 3 lbs each weigh in...it seems now I struggle to get one lb. off... Oh and I am doing all the same exercise that I was doing before plus some... Your help is appreciated.
