I wanted to be sure and have this in my journal - I have some things that I want to accomplish.
I want to weight 115 sometime in June:
In May I am going to have my eyelids done.
I want to gain 5 good habits and loose 5 bad habits.
Five New Habits:
- stick to the evening schedule, it will make life so much easier.
- schedule exercise times - after bowling and tax season is done.
- begin diet immediately (did that)
- use food diary (doing that)
- use skill care products - working on it.
Five Bad Habits to Loose:
- Random eating - I just eat and don't even think about it.
- Dove Bars - must go!
- Reduce Frappuccino
- Reduce caffine

Today is April 7th - I am down one pound which is just about on schedule for reducing calories a total of 3500 to loose one pound a week. Today I start on loosing another pound. Goal is to weight 126.5 by April 14th.

It is disappointing that I did not loose weight today - I was up and down the stairs a thousand times and really watched what I ate. Yesterday when I was at Ailie's birthday I did really well. Did not over eat and really stuck to the diet. I feel I will get up and all of a sudden I will have lost a couple of pounds - really thought that would happen today but I will not give up. I feel I am really close to passing one of those points where you are stuck and it would be so easy to give up - just one more day and you would have lost.
