OK weight stays the same, reason for this could be...switched over to Vegan and trying to balance out my carb intake, some getting use to...
Vegan eaters seem to consume more carbs in a meal than what I am use to eating with the regular Atkins program...but is doable...Atkins say vegans can do the program...just some adjusting with food and getting all the recommended proteins, Fiber, Carbs and Fat...So I am assuming that's what my body is doing ...getting adjusted to this new way of living....I will not panic yet....Hope your all managing well and remember be happy with yourself and take it one day at a time...

Well today marks the 6th say going strictly Vegan and I must say, I find it very easy to maintain, I was kind of skeptical at first and was not sure I could do it.... what with husband still eating meat..Being on Atkins takes some real thinking before each meal is made but is very doable and I am not finding it hard to remove the meat and dairy from my life...I have some good support as my cousin and his wife are Vegans and she had given me s lot of insight on how to cook and still get the proteins, fiber,low carbs etc. which has helped me a great deal...
I will weigh in on Monday and see what happens in that department..
Oh and husband is liking this very much as he gets to choose what he wants to eat and is cooking his own meals most of the time, so that makes 2 of us in the kitchen at the same time preparing our food and makes for good time together LOL LOL....sometimes can be really funny!

Is there anyone out there that is doing a plant based diet, Vegan/Vegetarian diet?.....I really do not want to consume meat anymore and sure would like some input regarding a diet without meat...I found out that you can do Atkins eating a Vegan Diet..which really surprised me...If anyone can help with this I sure would appreciate a little input regarding what you are eating and circumstances around recipes..... Thank You
