What an awesome morning I had with this crazy bunch.
Not a bad few hours, got caught in the rain but was having too much fun to care.

Day 23
Good evening my lovelies, and a happy valentines to you all.
I went out for breakfast with my dad and sister this morning and it was so nice. My husband was at the gym so took my son along too, my niece and my nephews girlfriend joined us. What a lovely morning it was.
We don’t get to do things like that often as we are always so busy with work, school etc etc. you know what I mean. The gruelling day to day things.
So, after breakfast I went home and picked up the OH and went out on a dog walk. My dad joined us too with his dog.
I felt super bad as I ate so much at breakfast. I was thinking shit! I’m definitely gonna have to work my arse hard today 🤣
After our dog walk dad went home. I dropped my husband, son and dog off and went to the gym. And I did, I worked this fat bitch to the bone.
I feel super happy about it and will be back at it tomorrow with Les Mills Core booked in.
So I won’t put my plan up today.
Clearly it is not worth seeing. I ate like I hadn’t eaten before but managed to claw it back with only a 400kcal dinner.
I’m already aching so I am typing this whilst resting my muscles (not sure there is any) in the bath tub.
Enjoy your valentines with your loved ones, or alone. Sometimes it is nicer not to have a moaning old man sitting on the sofa next to you.

Day 22
Today I have stayed in doors pottering around doing the house work.
All the washing is done, my plan was to walk the dog but my pussy of a dog refuses to go out in the rain. Knob.
It’s been a lazy day and I have had on my mind all day that I need to do some sit-ups, any form of exercise just to keep me on track.
I plan to do sit-ups every night now. Hopefully. Not gonna set it in stone because with my fibromyalgia I can have my bad days.
Breakfast - none as I slept in. Whoops
Snack - orange
Lunch - beans on toast with a slice of cheese
Snack - cheese and onion crisps, crudités
Dinner - gammon steak, homemade fries (air fryer) beans and fried egg.
I’m stuffed and eaten 1500kcal today.
I’m seriously thinking of dropping from 1600 to 1500. It’s a work in progress.

Day 21 of my journey
Bit of a late one for me tonight, yeah I know, it’s only 947pm but still late for me.
Had my sister-in-laws wedding today so my treat meal was the wedding breakfast.
Still ate healthy this morning with my breakfast that I posted early, didn’t have lunch as needed a nap before the wedding to get rid of my horrendous headache. The ugly bitch appeared again during the wedding and have been suffering all day now 🤬
But the wedding was amazing, my SIL looked absolutely stunning. I love her so much.
So meal plan for today was a bit screwed but here goes
Breakfast - cheese omelette with grilled peppers, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
Lunch - none
Snacks - none
Dinner - goats cheese and caramelised onion tart, burger and chips. Have the kids my chips, had there roast potato, didn’t eat the burger as it was still mooing on the inside so just ate the bun and salad
Pudding - apple pie and custard.
Didn’t do too bad considering. Still felt full and didn’t eat any of the donuts.
Now I am off to bed before I pass out, oh and I didn’t drink. I stuck to water as I was driving.
