Day 37
What a lovely sunny day it has been. Today we spent the afternoon with a friend at Virginia Lake walking around, Jake rode his bike. In total we did 4.84 miles, my Fitbit said I burnt 731 calories. I feel so fresh but also exhausted at the same time.
Definitely think me, saffron and Jake will sleep well tonight.
Such a great day.
Meal plan for today
Breakfast - weetabix with honey
Snack - Skyr Yoghurt with raspberry and mix nuts
Lunch - seeded wholemeal toast, egg, mushrooms and beans
Snack - skinny whip bar
Dinner - gammon, homemade air fried chips and peas

Day 36
So it was weigh day today and although I only lost another 0.5kg I had my measurements done too. Cannot believe how much I have lost around my waist and hips. Roll on another 4 weeks time when I redo them.
Today I took the dog back to my dads, popped into town, went to the gym and had a great workout. I’m not one to jog/run as I thought I physically couldn’t but I did a workout on the treadmill which made me do it. This fat bitch jogged. I actually bloody jogged. I am so impressed with myself. It was a 13 minute routine which makes you walk/jog and I, yes me, jogged for not once, not twice but 3 times for over a minute each time. It doesn’t sound a lot but it was a massive achievement for me.
Anywho, got home and had much then nearly forgot to take my dog for her grooming appointment. Literally been in and out of the house like a yo-yo today. I’m exhausted. Yes of course, I feel asleep on the sofa tonight.
So meal plan went as follows
Breakfast - granola
Snack - pancake (daughter did not want it)
Lunch - jacket potato cheese and beans
Snack - skinny whip bar
Dinner - cheat meal - goodfellas chicken pizza
I am stuffed. And now just struggling to walk up the stairs with my wobbly aching legs to bed.

Day 35 of my flabby belly and bingo wing journey
Good evening,
Today has been an awesome day, love an early finish at work especially on a Friday. Chilled at home with the hubby this afternoon and then went to the gym and smashed out a HIIT session.
Todays meal plan
Breakfast - Disney waffle
Snack - orange
Lunch - cathedral city lunch pack, quavers
Dinner - southern fried chicken (air fried) homemade fries and salad
Snack - skinny whip bar
Had a shower after the gym this evening, got in my pjs and then had to collect my daughter from her boyfriends. She always messages me to scam a lift home.
Then my dad decided to call, he was at the pub with the dog and decided to stay all night. So meant I needed to collect the dog🤦🏽♀️
So that means, I have his dog at my house. She’s so annoying, she barks at nothing and drives me mental. But it’s just for the night. Thank go d

Day 33
Evening all
Had a bit of a lapse today. Couldn’t be arsed to go food shopping, work was busy and wasn’t feeling overly great. No gym for me tonight and had a takeaway 🤦🏽♀️
I feel like shit.
Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal seeded toast
No snack
Lunch - cuppa soup
No snack
Dinner - chicken Shish kebab, loads of lettuce and red cabbage and some fries.
Fell asleep early on the sofa under my fluffy blanket as feeling under the weather. Freezing cold and now just crawling into bed.
