Day 4 of my journey.
Today started very early.
I woke at 4am wide awake so went down stairs did a bit of online work then ended up back in bed at 650am. Woke in a shock at 9am late for my meeting 🤦🏽♀️.
Food wise went well again today. Pre planning is making it much easier for me to stick to my goals. I’m not snacking on junk food and feeling fuller for longer so that’s a bonus.
Breakfast - Cherry tomato, cheese and red onion omelette with toasted wholemeal seeded bread
Snack - orange, apple and high protein yogurt
Lunch - Finished my M&S chicken, mushroom
And rice soup with some crackers
Dinner - grilled chicken, red cabbage, lettuce, tomato and a handful of homemade chips (air fryer)
I’ve not snacked this evening and stuck within my calories.
I even went swimming tonight, my first time in over 4 years. I only managed 30 minutes in the pool swimming laps. 16 laps, 400m in 28 minutes. Not a bad start if you ask me.
Funny thing to leave you with, walking out of the swim centre, nearly at my car and slipped on water landed in my knee and already have a big bruise there. That is gonna be painful tomorrow. I can already feel it.

Day 3 of my long journey
Breakfast - porridge with banana
Snack - cherry tomatoes and rice crackers
Lunch - wholemeal seeded break, roast chicken slices and salad
Dinner - M&S Chunky Chicken, Mushroom and Rice soup with crackers and salad
Snack - apple and peanut butter
Has been a busy day with work and the children but i feel like I am getting more and energy as the days go by. It feels good.
No gym for me today as hubby is on lates but that’s fine, I walked the dog and got my exercise in there. Plus a lot of heavy lifting at work today so all good.
Now off for a nice relaxing evening
