Day 64: Went to the gym last night and KILLED it, felt so good afterwards to really sweat it all out. I am not a big fan of working out AT ALL but I always feel so good afterwards that I actually accomplished something. Been following my diet very closely and trying to stay high protein and lower carb, it seems to be working well for my body.

Day 63: Had an EPIC cheat meal on Friday night...pizza, wings, beer, potato wedges, it was amazing. But have been back on track since then. My next mini goal is to hit 165, so I should be there in the next week or so hopefully. Meal prepped last night and am ready for this week!

DAY 60!!!!! I am officially 60 days in and looking back it has gone by relatively fast and I am amazed by my progress thus far. When I started out I was 193 and I never dreamed that in just 60 days I would be down 25 pounds, it feels incredible.
Good luck to everyone out there on your journey, I am trying to remember to take it one day, one meal at a time.

Day 59: I am BARELY under the 25 pound mark but I am taking it! Tomorrow will be the 60 day mark. I told myself I wanted to lose 30 pounds in 90 days, or roughly 10 pounds every 30 days and so far I have met and exceeded that goal. I am so proud of myself for sticking it out this long and if I continue progress I will reach my goal by 90 days. I am feeling better every single day and that is so worth it.
