Day 91: MADE IT 3 MONTHS! I know that's not a long time but usually I give up before I even make it 30 days so I am SO happy! Next goal is 120 days. Next mini goal is to lose 35 pounds, and to reach 155! I cannot wait until I reach the 150s! Day by day.

Day 88: Weight 160.2, total loss 32.8 pounds! Scale has definitely slowed down to a crawl in movement but that is totally to be expected and honestly I am fine with that, I feel like I am in a good place now. I am still 10.2 away from my goal weight but I know that it will be a slow and steady process to get there. But I will do it! My goal was 40 pounds in 120 days, as I approach my 90 day mark I am not confident that I will reach all 40 pounds lost but at this point I am ok with that. Now that I have adapted my lifestyle I am just going to focus on that and less on the numbers. Hope everyone is hanging in there!

Day 85: Weight is FINALLY down a little!!! I tweaked my diet slightly and I think that is what I needed to get the scale moving again. I am back to my normal routine this week, have to stick to it as I find myself back sliding easily. I would LOVE to reach 159 but the 90 day mark but even if I don't I have made amazing progress this far!

Day 79: This is the first week since I started that I have not lost any weight. Slightly annoying since I have not changed my diet or exercise routine. I don't know if this is a plateau but I am going to try and be patient and stay motivated.

Day 72: Officially down 30 pounds!!! I have reached my next mini goal! Feeling awesome. Next mini goal is to reach 160! Taking it one hour, one meal, one day at a time.
