Ugh I binged last night. But I am not going to dwell on it, I am going to move forward and stay motivated. It didn't feel good, it never does. I am not recording my weight this morning because it is all over the place after my bad day yesterday. I will weigh tomorrow and use that as my weight. I was SO good all week and losing and then this setback. Blah. Just have to keep on keeping on. Also in my first 30 days I did not exercise at all. This week my goal is to exercise into my routine. I just need to do it and stop making excuses for myself. Every day is a challenge.

Sticking to my diet and I am rewarded by losing 1.8 pounds this week! I am officially over the 15 pound lost mark, and on my way to my next mini goal which is to reach 175. It is slowly happening, one day at a time.

I have not lost any this week but I have had a rough couple days staying under calories because I had two social functions back to back and that is always hard. Back to my planned meals so staying focused!
