OK, so a small gain since the last weigh-in; it's disappointing but not undeserved. The change of diet and lack of exercise over the weekend certainly didn't help and just goes to prove that what I do most of the time is right and works for me.
I'm planning to weigh in again on Friday, my usual day, and tighten my belt a little until then, come in under RDI today and tomorrow and another fast day on Thursday. Together with plenty of walking that should bring me back under goal weight.

Back home and the weekend's best left where it is - behind us! Fast day today and my normal food, real food, and real coffee to start the day, what a pleasure.
The scales tell a sorry story this morning at 57.9 but I haven't managed a satisfactory toilet visit yet - a few days away from home really messes things up in that department.
Hopefully after a fast day today, tomorrow will be a very different story.

A completely weird food day for me yesterday, instead of my usual 3 small meals spaced hours apart, I felt like I was grazing and snacking on treats all day.
Once again I recorded as much as I could and the calorie intake wasn't too bad, under RDI.
We'll be leaving here today. It's been a good break for me, despite its purpose of visiting an ill relative! That relative is making a good recovery from surgery and doing pretty well. So for me, no responsibilities in the home has afforded an opportunity to get plenty of sleep and to do lots of reading; I feel like I've had a holiday. That's great because I worked right through last weekend and I'll be working right through the next one, too.
I'm not much looking forward to the drive back today - it's a long way and will take about 5 hours (although we got here in just over 4, which speaks volumes about my husband's driving - 510 km). I hope we don't leave here too late in the day, but knowing my family it'll be evening before we set off and all the rest will be negated in one sleep-deprived night!
I am looking forward to my own home, my own bed and my own kitchen and also I really miss the cats. Our neighbour's daughter is feeding them for us, thankfully, she has her own cat and has looked after ours before.

Not a bad day yesterday, I've recorded about as much as I can and come to nearly 1800 calories. We went out to eat last night and in typical Turkish fashion we had a selection of small meze dishes that we all picked from, followed by a portion of fish that we shared and finished off with a fruit platter and a dessert which is like a ball of cooked semolina wrapped around a core of ice cream and served warm - the ice cream stays cold, of course. Very nice. At a stretch I probably consumed 200 more calories than I've recorded, max.
I woke up really late today - no cats and no responsibilities! Woke up before 7 then went back to bed and slept until 10! What a treat.
Let's see what today will have in store foodwise. I have no idea!

No weigh-in this morning as I'm not at home.
I went a little over the planned calories yesterday to finish the day on 750 calories and these next few days will see me eating much differently from usual.
I'm in Ankara staying with my sister-in-law. No filter coffee, no fruit and yooghurt for breakfast :( I guess I could have been a primadonna type and brought those things with me, but I figured they must have SOME fruit in the house! I had Turkish coffee at breakfast; it gives the caffeine hit but I can't say I love it. And I ate 4 dried apricots and a sesame bread ring for breakfast - different!
Still, it's good to be here! A long weekend, MiL looking well after two major surgeries two weeks ago and clearly very pleased to see us. And of course the biggest bonus is seeing my youngest daughter and having the chance to visit her school and speak to her teachers - this is the first time I've been able to come since she started school here last September.
So, I'll try to record my food to keep track of calories but I won't worry too much about it - just try to keep to healthy choices wherever possible. Then I'll have my fast day as usual on Monday when I'm back into routine, and maybe record a weigh-in on Tuesday, or maybe leave it until Friday, skipping a week.
I'm not too worried about it as I've reached goal weight so I'm maintaining anyway, but it will be very interesting to see the effect of a complete break from my usual routine.
