I started weight watchers about two years ago. The first year I lost forty pounds and then I lost momentum and slipped a lot! Gained back 16 pounds. But now I am working to get back on track. I have hired a personal trainer and do aquafit classes with my husband and am trying to get consistent with staying on flex points. This is going to be a better year than last - I hope. I am a mother of three. My oldest son is 23 and has graduated from UCSC. My second oldest son is currently attending Cal Poly. And my youngest daughter is a senior in high school looking forward to going to college.
