I am a married father of 2. I've lost and gained a lot of weight over the past 25 yrs. My peak weight fluctuated between 205 - 210 several years ago.
Jan. 2010 at 195lbs I began preparation to test for my black belt. I finally focused and made the necessary dietary changes. Diet coupled with added work outs(Insanity and Chalean Extreme)helped me reach 155lbs in June 2010. I am currently trying to focus on burning fat and building muscle, with a goal of reaching 10% body fat by this summer.
Guess I must update to make this Bio a little more current. In May 2011 my weight was 158, but due to an injury and a lack of diligence on my part I gained back up to 184 - I am getting back in control
