I am newly single with no kids, and have absolutely nothing or no one to blame my weight gain on aside from myself. So I am focused, motivated and determined to lose 50 lbs. I want that confidence back I used to have and am excited to conquer this challenge. I have started on the Atkins diet and working out at least 5 days a week, I am ambitious and know I can accomplish just about anything I set my mind on. I am hoping the confidence I will gain, will help me find happiness within myself and maybe one day help me meet a great person to share my life with.
