One-derland lost! WOW...
Here is a pic of me and my oldest...the week before I started and 3 weeks shy of a year later. He hadn't been home since I have been working on the weight.
And just to recap.. I was wearing 44/46W...now 36/34's NEVER NEVER NEVER...did I think I would see that size again. Seriously.. .I was in 38's in high school! Was wearing 4 and 5 xl...now in XL. I started at 342...now 241.5.
My daughter told me last night...how proud she was of me... all my kids are... and so am I.

Humbled thanks... to my friends and family... at home and here at FS...and to the Atkins program. Onward and downward!!
