Baked Crunchy Chicken Parmesan
Crispy oven baked chicken with a delicious coating.
材料
做法
- Mix egg, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard in a shallow bowl.
- Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic salt, oregano & parsley in another bowl.
- Cut chicken into 1 - 1.5 oz strips. Dredge each strip into the egg then into the crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet in oven set to 350° F (175° C).
- Bake for 40 minutes until done or to your preference for more crispiness.

I liked the recipe and appreciate how simple it is. My family preferred adding sauce to the chicken as they desired more flavor.

Quite a good flavor. I skipped the dry mustard because I didn't have any and it still turned out pretty well.

Great recipe! Although they were a little dry after cooking for 40 min. We put some pasta sauce on them and they were super!

I loved this it was like big chicken tenders without the frying. Absolutely delicious and my picky boyfriend loved it too!

If you're wanting the fried chicken taste w/out the fat and grease this is perfect, very good!

I really liked it, but I think I made a mistake because the breading was a little soggy. Still really good though.
