Up a little on my weigh in, due to the extra calories at my family and in-laws picnic last night. I have no time today to read any journals or make any comments because I am leaving very soon for the event and later the restaurant dinner. I took everyone's advice to heart. I always eat less calories before I go out, to try to not go over my 1500 calorie RDI at FS. Thanks to everyone who said eat a light snack before I leave. I will do that. I always need something with about 15 grams of carbs in it so that my blood sugar does not drop too low and I faint or something, so I decided to eat an apple. Thanks for your prayers and good wishes that I survive another food situation! :)

Edited to add Paul McKenna's 4 golden rules...
1. When you are hungry, eat.
2. Eat what you want (not what you think you "should").
3. Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
4. When you are full stop.

Hope it good rather your a good or bad. Know what you mean about the blood sugar. I don't know how people who are on these 20 carbs or less diets do it. I went one day at about 50 carbs and kept feeling as if I'd pass out next morning.

Thanks, everyone. We had a great time and a great dinner. I logged my food on my armband website and it's after midnight now so I am going to bed. I have to log my food here at FS after I sleep. I did walk a lot, too. Happy but sleepy. Hope you all have a great day. :)

Hi Deb, so glad you had a good time at both events, & kudos for taking those wise precautions. Thanks too for posting Mr. McKenna's good advice.
