Oooh... I'm so bad! Such a renegade!! I over-indulged on carbs yesterday... I ate 14.11 net carbs of broccoli yesterday and it took my total net carbs to 26.81 (18.13 were from foundation veggies). I'm such a bad girl... and I enjoyed every minute of it!

However... I will admit that not having some protein with that broccoli made me very hungry at dinner. Balanced meals kiddo... that's what's important. Learn it and live it, Shelly. Learn it and live it.
