I'm down a little bit today, yay! I'm not being restrictive of what I eat at all, just trying to keep the total calories consumed capped at 2,000. So far, so good! Hey if it is working, I like it! :)
My first mini-goal is 140 by October 8th when I meet up w/ two of my best friends from college. Due to financial constraints of one friend we are not going to Miami anymore. We are just going to NYC and staying at a friend's place. I don't really care as long as we get to hang out. It has literally been nearly 2 years since we were all together in the same room.
Today I am grateful for: 1) fresh water to drink 2) feeling needed at work 3) Salem :)
