Never, ever give up. You are not horrible. You just may be going through a difficult time. It will get better, trust me. 

Wha? Don't SAY that!! Don't THINK that!! You are so pretty! And young! You've got an amazing LIFE ahead of ya!!!!  

Meghan, please don't feel discouraged. We are all human, never hate yourself for being human. Just accept that mistakes happen and tomorrow's a new day. You are blessed enough to get new chances each and everyday. Remember to drink lots of water, as we can sometimes mistake dehyration for hunger. You are young and beautiful, remember no matter what weight you are, you are too important to give up on yourself! 

MANY of us can relate, please believe that you are not alone and there is another side! Count on your buddies here to help ya. We're here so vent and ask questions and get things figured out. But believe me in this too, when you ask "why bother?" Because there is SO much GOOD in life. There is love and laughter and sometimes we have to get through rough patches to appreciate them even more. There were a few times in my life I have said the same thing, "why bother?" and now I have the kind of life where I say "Please don't let this ride end!" Hang in there kiddo..if there's anything I can ever help you with, dont hesitate to ask. 

How silly. Kick up your heels and dance to celebrate all the great stuff that is ahead of you!

Dont give up. if you were not being careful you would have gained extra weigh, because you are writing into your diary you are being careful without knowing it. Count up the times you passed on high calorie foods r had a less % fat 1, even make a list add up the points and calories, you would be pleasantly suprised, You look a very pretty girl, You stay focus and remember you are a strong loving person otherwise you would not be on this site looking for support and giving support to others
