Well all of my hard work paid off this weekend like I hoped it would. 4 more pounds - GONE! I am not sure how I am still in heavy ketosis this morning because yesterday I had a crispy chicken breast and a low carb taco. My husband says he can tell I have lost already and that makes me feel good. I had a great weekend but I am glad to be back at work as far as my diet is concerned. I find it easier to follow my plan during the work week than I do on the weekend. I hope everyone is having happy weigh ins this morning!!!
