1.8.11:
Had low calorie/ff snacks at a friends house last night, although I didn't overindulge, I still ended up going over my daily allowance.
My estimation of calories is about 800 calories for the food.
Therefore, my total for Saturday is = 2130. Which is well over my my 1600. Can't be perfect every day, but still feel good about what I ate.
I have another party this evening where the choices won't be so low calorie. I plan on eating very light through the day - and then making sure I have portion control at the party. It's a sit down (less small appetizers) so I should be able to control this pretty good. Still may go over, but will hopefully get in a workout today to counteract this!

1.7.10 For super I had 5/12 of the Mac & Cheese Tuna Casserole from the allrecipes site. I simply do not have the patience to enter every little ingredient in here, so I will state that following as recording for my dinner:
5/12 Mac & Cheese Tuna Casserole = 614 calories.
Brings my daily calories to 1562 which is below my 1600 RDI.

Doing good today. Recording everything, went over my calories a bit, but other then a few Ritz crackers, my snacks & food were pretty good overall. I got up early again to get in my workout, and glad that I did since I ended up not being able to go to the gym tonight!
Had some pop - but trying my best to get rid of that craving! What do I do!?!

Doing good so far this week. Recorded food & exercise everyday. Drinking mostly only water. Have to have my coffee in the morning. But I am weening myself off some of it. I drink way too much of it! And, I made sure to get sugar free creamer. Progress!
