Didn't post yesterday, was too busy and then too tired. Food was good. Slept in this morning, am just getting my day started.

Bless the Lord O my soul, and forget none of His benefits. This is the scripture that keeps going through me as I review my day! Today was a fast day, so there are no food entries, and God really gave me strength. Also today, my ankle feels better than it has since the surgery four months ago.
I am thinking of doing a modified Atkins- not cutting out carbs completely, but eating the right carbs sparingly- black or Brown rice, beans, legumes, quinoa. Still praying about it. How was everyone else'sday? It's still bitter cold here, two degrees this morning, but later got up to twenty- almost balmy! Lol!

Haven't posted in a couple of days. I am so discouraged and when that happens, I isolate. trying to stop that. Food hasn't been terrible, but not great either. I totally forgot yesterday was weigh in day! It's so cold here in KY, all I can think about is staying warm. Our house is so chilly, I think I have brain freeze So...here goes- Iam either the same, or up a lb- depending on where I put the scale. Can I post the same? Is that honest? I tried 3 times and only one said up a lb. Thinking of doing modified low carb. I cannot eat the meat, or as much of it due to stomach problems. But, I simply don't lose weight by just cutting back. Not sure what to do, but I know I am feeling very rebellious, like a two year old getting ready to have a temper tantrum!! Help!! Also, please excuse typos- stupid cursor won't stay where I put it!
