OUUUUCH! I just rediscovered a muscle I forgot I had doing lunges...I am not sure I will be able to walk tomorrow. No pain no gain...ok I might have overdone it a little today. Great all over workout below...it took me 30 minutes though not 20 because I had to stop and read how to do each exercise first LOL.

The first and second week that I started this site (this time ah hem...) I really focused on only eating when I was hungry and what I planned. I am trying to get back to that.
Note to self:
This morning I ate breakfast when I had time (8:00 am) was not really hungry and felt kind of bleh after.
but almost exactly 3 hours later I started feeling hunger, my schedule today means its lunch time (11:30)

dr. yesterday was pretty much pointless...They have no idea why my feet and ankle are so swollen. Very frustrated with all the little things going on at once right now. I just hope to feel more in control before I lose it totally. When life gets a little crazy I have a really hard time focusing on making the right choices.
