I am on the wagon but hanging on for dear life....I have gotten a little off track this week but I am hanging on. Still exercising but the nighttime munchies have been killing me this week. I don't know what my problem is. Tonight I am having a bad dinner too. Fried seafood is the plan. I am really going to have to work to stay under my RDI with that on the menu. Onward....and tee hee ....downward.

ummmm last night was not so good....I totally gave into the binge monster...I don't know what happened. Its been rainy...I've been really tired...it would be that t.o.m. but my bc prevents me from having it so maybe it's hormonal but I totally ate crap I didn't even want. Now this morning I feel like crap. I am not going to dwell, but I seriously feel nauseous this morning. EEEEW.
Onward and upward. I work late again today so no work out. I think I will try to get in a good 30 min. walk at lunch though. I am sure that will make me feel a lot better :)
Going to find some inspirational work outs today to do over the next 3 or 4 days. I really like finding a good circuit training routine I can do at home. I have one, but I want to change it up a bit.

Feeling really confident about sticking to it today!
I cannot resist getting on that scale every morning (ok sometimes a few times a day but I find it interesting to watch how different food/ water/ exercise effect my weight throughout the day)...today I was at 250.2... 3 lbs since my last weigh in!
It hasn't been a week yet so I am waiting "check in". I consider it motivational to wait and see if I can keep my weight down for my weigh in day :) or knowing I still have a few days to lose a little LOL. Weekends can be really hard for me so knowing that I am at 250 and not wanting to see it go up for a Monday weigh in is really helping me stay strong.
Will probably have a few drinks tonight with my hubby which doesn't help. He worked so much this week I pretty much haven't seen him in three days so I am looking forward to some "us" time.
I have also done really good this week getting exercise in. Today I did another 30 minutes on the elliptical and some light stretching. My legs hurt from yesterday but in a good way so I guess I didn't go to overboard. It is actually going to be hard for me to not exercise tomorrow. I am afraid if I stop I won't start again, but I do need a day of rest. I don't want to burn out!
