So I'm 4 days into a trial of the fast 800, with about 30kg to lose. I'm very surprised that I've got this far ha ha, I usually don't last until lunch time!. I read Claire Bailey's book, and she said to try eating double portions to get started, so 1600cal a day. my first day was 1500 with 111g protein. Day 2 was 1200, day 3 1100 & today 1000. each day is under 100g carbs and about 70g protein. I didn't plan it that way it just happened. Today I had breakfast at lunchtime then forgot about eating until 5pm. My cravings are just non existent. my energy is up, my sleep is better and I don't feel in the slightest bit hungry. Touch wood that this continues. I'm usually such a disaster with planning and sticking to the plan. Watch this space!

plus miss 12 baked hot chocolate fudge cookies and they were pretty irresistible

starting fast800 today, have had my MRI soooo if I get headaches now I won't worry, I'll know it's the diet. I'm feeling very motivated, I've done my research and more importantly I've done my planning so I know which recipes to use, and how to track them. I'm not working tomorrow so I'll plan the rest of the week and then just repeat the same menu next week. I'm the heaviest I've ever been 😭
