how do you stop yourself overeating when you get too hungry? I was out all day and ate small portions, when I got home at 4pm I felt ravenous and ate everything in sight except the cat!

I'm getting there with the planner. This is this weeks plan & prepped. need to organise snacks and fill in some gaps. its so hard with shiftwork & family meals & kids activities & hubby's 9-5. if i'm to lose weight i HAVE to be organised!

so back to plan, things got really busy and I've stopped tracking and losing. I'm going to spend this week tracking what I eat in the meal planner, then I will be ready to schedule it all for next week.

I have discovered lentils! I've tried them before but I tried the wrong ones. GREEN lentils are the biz! 15 minutes to cook in veggie stock with lemon juice and a bay leaf. lovely texture and so nice in salads. I cooked then up yesterday with some sauteed veggies, then. mixed some yoghurt into the last of Jane's salad dressing (vinegar, oil, curry powder) and poured it over. was soooo good!
