I never thought I'd be able to get away from coffee, but yep I did finally! I miss my coffee in the morning and after meals, but with creamer the extra calories added up quick...and I just can not drink it black. Plus in the afternoon I don't get a headache anymore. If I do drink pop I've been staying with 7-up or sprite.
I'm back to walking my dog everyday. She loves it. We usually walk 3 to 4 miles and end with a swim in the pond (her not me!!). I feel good. Only down another pound, but I finally feel like I'm in the right place with food and exercise, so hopefully the weight will come off fast.

While my overall weight loss goal is 159 lbs, I was thinking about making some mini goals. 100 lbs to me very is daunting. If I take it maybe 10 lbs at time or maybe shoot to get under 200 lbs I think mentally that will be a little easier to work with.
I have a few t-shirts that fit me when I weighed 233 lbs (I remember stepping on the scale the day they fit.)
215 is the lowest I got to maybe 3 years ago before I gave up and gained all my weight back.
Of course getting to 199 will be awesome...finally out of the 200s
I'll focus on those 3 weight goals for now because they hold some kind of significance to me. 233, 215 and 199.

Just finished my farthest walk since I've been on my diet. 4.80 mile in 1 hr 32 mins. I feel like walking is such great exercise if I can get in at least 3 to 4 miles. I can't wait to get home, so I can walk my dog. She loves long walks, and it's been awhile since we've been on our daily walks.
