I'm so tired and I am so tired of feeling tired! I don't know if it is the season change, stress, or what, but I just haven't had energy. I slept really well the last 2 nights too. It seems like by 9:30 I just can't go anymore. I have the next 2 days off to do Halloween parties at school with the kids, so I will take it easy and maybe try to get some walking or a work out video in. That could be some of the problem too. I've just been too tired to work out too.

Today is my 16th wedding anniversary so hubby and I will be going out for dinner tonight! Yay! So ready for the weekend, hope today flies by, yesterday crawled!

Got some high protein low carb slim fast shakes to try for breakfast. Worked well this morning. Drank it on my way to work, no urge to stop for soda and chips and was satisfied until lunch. Got Creamy Chocolate and it is super sweet so next time I may try Vanilla. I'm interested to see if this change makes a difference in a week, it may not be the best choice, but it's better than what I've been doing!
I also fixed my hair different today and feel so much more me and just have a better feeling all over today. . . is that weird that changing up your hairstyle could affect your overall mental status?

Stop eating like you have no sense Sundown! Get your head on right and do this already! You know you will feel better! Make some positive changes and stick with them!
