Well, that's disappointing. Yes, I didn't count calories, and yes I ate and drank a bit more then usual, but REALLY - 7 lbs in one weekend. My "big" splurge was a turkey sub, and I didn't even get the mayo! And I had a slice of pizza, that wasn't even good. AND I made my BD cake from a Hungry Girl recipe. Oh well, proof again that I might truly have the world's worst metabolism and that for the rest of my life I am going to have to count calories. But I am not going to be upset about it. Nope, I'm not. I am back on the "bite it write it" till I hit the next goal weight... which is now 11.8 lbs away (urg). I think I will be logging some bike miles this week!

Feel like I haven't been eating a lot, but not writing it all down...so can't be sure. Back on the "bit it write it" rythem. I did buy a size Medium shirt yesterday, so THAT's exciting!

Skied a lot, and ate a lot, and came home having gained 7 lbs. I was freaking out, but jumped right back on plan and it's all come off, plus a bit more *whew*.

Continuing to move in the right directions ;-) I have a girls weekend with my college buddies in June, and I would really like to be down to a size 8 by then. I am in a 12 now, with an occasional 10 and some 14 still fit... I'm starting to wonder if my final goal can be 142, that would be 100 lbs... looking in the mirror, I still have 30 lbs to go! But other people think I am crazy.... I don't know, I am starting to get excited about it. But in any event, I am going to continue with the 10 lbs increments. The other problem is I am getting a lot of extra skin. I am trying to exercise in correlation with the weight lostt, but at this point both arms and legs are getting "empty". Belly and butt are still "full" but I would imagine that aint' going to look pretty "emptly".. not that it looks pretty now... LOL, but a hell of a lot better then I use to!! I think I am going to have to hit the gym to really get rid of this excess skin, which I'm not that excited about. I love to walk on the beach and swim and dance, and those are all good cardio, but I am going to have to do some targeted stuff to get rid of this... Of couse, I could always look at surgery!

Wow, I was really struggling this morning, and wanted to SNACK, but I had a Fuji apple, bunch of water and I'm over it. Just had a nice lunch, popcorn later and then dance class tonight. Oh, I wore the traveling pants to dance last night. Matt said, "Holy Shit those make you look thin, they are an optical flaterization". LOL, I love those pants!
