I am so happy today I saw the dietitian and I have lost 8# I have not been this low in weight for over 43 years. only 10# to my goal once I get to my goal I want to lose between 10 and 20 # more hoping I can get off more meds. So tired of taking a lot of meds. I know that the more I lose the more I can get rid or lower the amount of many meds. I see my dietitian once a month and go by her scale. My scale is off by 2-3# every time but gives me a good ideal that the weight is coming off. Told my hubby before long he is going to have to buy me some clothes have to wear belts and hope they stay on, lol. but thats ok I ran into someone I have known for many years last night but not seen for a few years now and they did not even know who I was. That makes me feel pretty good knowing the weight is come off that much. I know that it sounds like I am bragging not trying to but just so happy. Can't wait to see the result next month<
