It's time for a change and it needs to be permanent. I've been battling my weight most of my life and for years had just given up. Now I'm ready to work and see where it can get me.

This journey is as much about health as it is about weight-loss. My father suffered a mild stroke at only 64 yrs. old. I'm determined not to end up in the same boat. Not without a fight anyway....

I was an athlete in school, only average, but an athlete nonetheless. I'm looking forward to being able to participate in more activities I used to enjoy.

August 300 (12 lbs. down)
September 286.2 (13.8 lbs. down)
October 274.3 (11.9 lbs. down)
November 268.7 (5.6 lbs. down)
December 276.9 (one week post-op from ACL reconstruction - 8.2 lbs. Up)
January 260.8 (16.1 lbs. down) 51.2 lbs down so far!!!
