While vacationing this summer at the beautiful Niagra Falls, I realized how much my weight was hindering my ability to "keep up" with the rest of my family. Upon returning home to Mississippi, where the heat and humidity would make anyone want to vegitate inside to the wonderful air conditioning, I knew that I must do something. I tried Adkins, but am a diabetic so I had low sugar problems. My daughter entered into this equation with the anouncement that she wanted to join Weight Watchers and we did. I have a long way to go to get to my real goal of 160, but at least I have started realisticly in shooting for 200 first, that will be 48 pounds less. With the encouragement of my family and friends, I can see it happening!
