I am a 49 mother of five. I have been overweight my whole life. In October 2010, my doctor suggested I go on the HCG diet. I started at 278 pounds. I did two full rounds of 23 days and during the 3rd I just got too sick to continue. I switched to Atkins and have lost 65 pounds and still have 63 to go for my big goal. I also want to be able to shop in a store that is not a plus size section. I started in a size 24 and am down to a 20. I had surgery on my bladder in June and was not able to exercise for a month. I am know walking daily and will add more exercise as I feel better. I have high blood pressure and want off my medication as well.
