hello everyone I'm married 24yrs, two adult children the youngest is 21, Im a salon owner/cosmetologist/church school teacher/sing in the choir just busy living life. Now that my children are adults I have more time to take better care of myself. I'm very active I've been working out for years and for the most part I eat right and then life presents itself some unexpected moments and I binge eat mostly sweets and its hard for me to get back on track like now and now that I'm 40plus menopausing the weight is sticking around more than I would like. I ran across this site hoping it will help me get healthy and stay in shape.
