I am a 52yo single mother of 4 (only 2 still at home). I am also a physician (currently in Urgent Care). I only had minor weight issues during most of my adult life, then menopause came and I gained nearly 50 lbs. I did WW for 10 mos and only lost 10 lbs, so I started Atkins last week. I had success with that in the past after my last child.
I love to cook and often experiment with recipes to make them lower in fat and carbs. For exercise I either dance (I'm especially into belly dancing but love all forms) or do the elliptical. I also do weights.
Outside of diet and exercise, I enjoy reading, crafts (especially crochet and beading), and my pets. Love sports and live music also.
