I'm a 34 (soon to be 35 yr old) single mother of a 2 year old. I work a full time, sometimes stressful job and have been having a difficult time with my weight. I have managed to lose 30lbs on two different occasions with the help of personal trainers and time at the gym. I am no longer able to afford a trainer and I am trying to figure out a way to afford and find time to go to a gym. I gained 50lbs when I was pregnant with my daughter but I lost it all within 3 weeks of giving birth but my weight has slowly crept up about 20lbs within the last 18 months.
