Weight is holding steady at 139 which is good, means it's legit! Lol. If tomorrow the scale says 138 with any number behind the decimal I'll be doing a happy dance. :)
I'm basically just trying to make sure I check off all the mini-goals on the WW site. For example, making sure to drink enough water, have 5 fruits and veggies, eat whole grains, exercise, take a multi-vitamin, eat lean protein, eat/drink low fat dairy products, etc. I think this may be the very first week that I didn't blow all my flex points (and then some).
I'm psyched to weigh-in tomorrow. Even if I don't change from 139 I will still have definitely lost 2.4 lbs since last week, which is better than what I've been averaging in the past 8 weeks I've been following Weight Watchers.
We have another busy weekend ahead of us. Saturday morning getting up very early to be at the closest Carmax when they open (an hour away) to trade Salem's Audi in for a reliable Civic. Then we have to be back in South Jersey for another friend's baby's 1st birthday by 1 PM. Sunday I will be studying the laws of taxation all day with my friend Tara. At least I have off school all next week! Yay for spring break.
Salem got a very nice e-mail from the "head honcho" who interviewed him the other day. I'm praying that's a good sign and that we will get good news about the position within the next week or so.
I'm going to make Fiesty Fish tacos for us for dinner tonight since I don't have class. They sound delicious; I've never made them from scratch before. Should be interesting!
I keep wondering what I want my ultimate weight goal to be. My first goal is based on information my Wii Fit spit out (the 132). Then I just like the sound of 125. 1-25 is my birthday so it just feels like a good weight for me. Then the 120 would probably have me looking a little TOO thin even though it would still equate to a "healthy" BMI. I do not have a petite "frame". The weight listed on my driver's license is 120, as erroneous as it may be at the current time! Lol.
