THE 170s. WHOOP! Water, water, water to try to fight the bloat this week and I did it. 179.8!!!
Now to maintain staying in the 170s and keep going down. My % body fat went from 40% to 37.8% in 3 months of Bootcamp. Still have a LONG way to go but I am finally seeing progress, others are noticing the inches loss and the scales have started to move.
Will be bootcamping it right up to Christmas and then our group will still meet the week following Christmas. We are a determined group of ladies.
Here is to starting off 2012 with a bang!!! I can't weight to see the next 10 pounds gone!
It is off to my family for Christmas. I am going to stay focused and avoid too much endulgances this weekend.
