Was at our State Fair judging our 4-H / FFA kids in Public Speaking contest yesterday so missed Bootcamp. They told me that Conner (army military trainer) kicked their butts.
I was up at it again this morning though. We started the normal morning routine of the high knees, butt kicks and soldier walks followed by 20/20/20/20/20 (situps, pushups, butt ups, supermans and squats) Then we ran 1 mile of Indian Sprints. After that we did circuit of different exercises, running to the next circuit. I was dripping with sweat!!! It was very humid this morning at 5:15 outside by the lake.
Tomorrow is the end of week 2 already. 2 more weeks, then will start on phase II.
