Started my lifting routine today. Did the lower body at a gym called anytime fitness. Wasn't crowded and I am finding they have everything I need so I'll be purchasing a membership tomorrow. I am migrating over to bodybuilding.com so will be removing my account from FatSecret. Good luck everyone! Believe in yourself and you can make it happen.
