I hate hypocrisy so have been holding off getting back on FS until I was sure that I was good and ready to be serious about this. Well I am good and ready!

Goals for week: Log food and get back on my 16:8 schedule. If I could just meet these 2 goals, everything else would fall into place.

I think I can do this. I know I can do this. I will do this.

HCB - Excellent point - there are many things we do, whether or not we are ready. Like getting up and going to work in the morning.

I wondered where my friend was and decided that she was either chained to her desk at work or having a challenging time....I know the feelings of both. I am barely hanging in there with my WOE as we have too many long hours and no time to go to grocery store or to cook. I, so far, have maintained....but I am not 100% on board with meeting the goals I set for myself. I am sure that when this madness is over, I will take a little sabbatical (day or two), like you, to get my head wrapped around the whole thing again. Glad to have you back and KNOW without a doubt that you will succeed. You have demonstrated numerous times that once you set your mind to something you do it! Life just sometimes gets in the way of our best intentions:)

With you on that Buffy! Ive had another setback three weeks with flu. So frustrating.So wanting to get back.Im seriously thinking of your 16:8 lifestle eating. Need a different and new angle in my next comeback :)

Buffy, you can commit to you. I think that is what this is it is committing to ourselves to work at being healthier. FS I know has been the best tool for me to be accountable to myself, plus I have learned so much from my online friends.

You can do it! Try increasing your protein, and don't think about pounds, I set a daily goal of losing 4 ounces, and those 2 things have been working for me this last week.
