Good Wonderful Wednesday, Buddies & Friends
Went to my surgeon for my 3 month Post OP check up (it has actually been 4 months Appt. which had to be re-scheduled twice at my request...Life Happens)
He was VERY pleased...all my labs were good AND I have now lost 81 lbs since
sleeve surgery on Dec. 22...I have been VERY BLESSED...I AM very blessed :) when I return on JUNE 30 we will begin to consider
WHEN to schedule my Abdominal Re-construction.
But I have 29 more pounds to lose and 9 weeks until then...so I will try to average 3 lbs per week...we will see...thanks...SINCERE THANKS to ALL of you
