So tired of up and down daily. I am gonna have to do this with better focus and more determination---quit this half-hearted, changing-with-moods behavior!
Towards work, working out, eating right, and sequestering. New rules: 1. stick to my workout schedule in the morning and work all day. 2. count points religiously 3. no weighing until Tuesday 4. no distractions with friends, daydreaming about fun stuff to do after my deadlines, and others (emails, FB,phone calls!)
Goals: 1. writing target for the new week (as mentioned in my scheduler) (TENURE=T) 2. working out 6 days, per schedule (no argument, no wimping out!) (GYM=G) 3. meet daily diet objectives: no cheating on diet..stick to my points daily! (DIET=D)
NEW ACRONYM MANTRA: TGD!!!! (Ah, also spells Thank God! :))
