I miss milk.

So true, Evie. I even looked up carbs for soy milk. Still too high. Oh well.

Try unsweetened almond milk it reminds me of 1% milk. I drink it in my coffee every morning only 1 carb per cup and 40 calories.

Naerenae, guess what I have recently discovered?! Soy Slender is LOW CARB and tastes terrific! On of my friends here told me about it. I buy the chocolate kind and it is just like choc milk. Other flavors are available, too. Only 2-3 carbs per serving; and sugar free! I buy mine at Kroger in the HF section. It is also available at health food stores. It is not refrigerated to start with; refrigerate after opening.
