I need your help and your votes. What flavor is your favorite? Fruit? Chocolate? Coffee? Dulce de leche?
I know it's off topic, but I could use your help!
These are the flavors we'll be tasting on Tuesday. The wedding cake will be white with either butter cream or whipped cream icing (worried about the heat and whipped cream, though).

The decoration is going to be white icing with branches of pale pink cherry blossoms. I don't think genache and cherry blossoms would be as visually effective, although (sigh) genache is so yummy.
If the location makes any difference, the ceremony and reception venues have an ocean/beach view). The theme colors are going to be stark white with silver/pale gray) accents.
Thanks for your input! It will help to get a broader idea of favorites than just the two of us! Again, wishing my daughter could be here to decide.

Dulce De Leche! Yum! Although Chocolate Rum Cream sounds amazing too. I doubt you could go wrong with any of these choices, though.

Chocolate raspberry. Always a wonderful combination. And I would definitely go with the butter cream versus the whipped cream.

hmmm, could they put a layer of ganache and then the Cherry Bavarian? I love chocolate best of all, but chocolate & cherry is great. Tropical Delight sounds intriguing...wonder what California Sunset tastes like; I see your dilemna! Chocolate would be my first choice. I hope you'll post pictures of this gorgeous event (not just the cake, lol).

All I can say is thank goodness she's an only child. I can't imagine going through this more than once!

Dulce de Leche and Mocha Latte sound yummy! Some people do not eat chocolate so these two could be "safe" options that most people would enjoy. OR, a basic fruit one like strawberry oy mango would be delicious. My favorite might be Dulce de Leche. Good Luck!

Thank you, everyone. We took your flavor advice and tasted each of them. We decided on three layers as follows: Dulce de Leche, California Sunset (which is comprised of ribbons of raspberry, vanilla custard Bavarian, and lemon), and lastly Chocolate Bavarian. The design was changed from a decorated cherry blossom to an elegant white on white with a dainty white floral design (shaped like cherry blossoms), and it will be decorated asymmetrically with fresh orchids and roses.
