Good morning all. A small drop but progress. Might be hitting the first plateau on my way to may goals. Sticking to the plan for a few more days before making any adjustments. Woke up hungry for the first time while doing this IF thing. Not ravenous but still want to eat, which is rare for me this early in the day. Time now for some coffee and then get into the day.
