A strangely high weigh-in for a Saturday. There are probably several reasons for this:
1. I weighed in at 3:30 AM, I couldn't sleep and Wife and I decided to get up and watch movies and get going on the day. I wanted coffee, so I decided to weigh in this early. Normally, I'd be waiting at least 5 more hours before weigh-in.
2. I had a blow out through easter, so I am probably still a little heavy after that.
3. (TMI warning!) No number 2 this morning.
Still, 78.7 is not at all a bad weigh-in for me. It's just a "bad" weigh-in for a Saturday.
I'm still gonna continue with my plan. Calculating my calories in vs. out for the last week brings me in a 7000+ deficit. I need to have a smaller deficit. I'm even tempted to say I'm eating too little.
So, my plan for next week is to up my RDI to 2200 per day, and what I don't make it to eat on the day will be transferred to Saturday's Indulgence Day. I will, however, not purposefully save up to go nuts on Saturday, just see to it that I have a little extra.
